Notification of Claim

Please report any defects in the product immediately upon their discovery. Damages to the shipment must be documented promptly upon receipt of the goods together with the courier.

Before filing a claim, please ensure that:

• The installation and maintenance of the product have been carried out in accordance with the instructions provided by Doordec OÜ.
• No damage has occurred during transportation.
• The claim is justified.
• As much information as possible has been provided regarding the defect.

The more information we receive about the damage incurred, the faster the resolution of the claim will proceed.
