Whistleblowing
Doordec OÜ’s values are simplicity, self-confidence and care, and the company is committed to following transparent management. In order to maintain credibility and foster an open work culture, we fully support the Whistleblower Protection Act at work and ensure that possible violations and unethical behaviour can be reported safely. By reporting violations, we get the opportunity to address concerns appropriately, quickly and objectively, thus making Doordec an even better partner. We take reports of alleged misconduct with the utmost seriousness.
Reporting every suspicion does not always mean that an infringement has actually been committed. We assume that the person who reports the potential breach is acting in good faith and not maliciously and not knowingly transmitting false information (e.g. for the purpose of misleading).
